Moriches Boat & Motor was started in 1957 for the purpose of installing and maintaining outboard engines for a local fishing station.  Every year the fishing station would receive 50 new engines to power their 150 boat rental fleet.  The other outboards were maintained year round by the staff at Moriches Boat & Motor.  As the local fishing rental industry declined and more people were able to afford and operate their own boats, we evolved into a full service marina.  In 1989, the current owners of our operation took over for the retiring former owner.  The reputation that was built upon service has continued right up until today! 

We are new boat and engine dealer, and pride ourselves on our service after the sale.  In 2003 we were awarded the Suzuki Cutting Edge Award dealer for the Northeast region, which went to the top service dealer based upon you, the customer's impression of us!
